We received an emergency notification from Facebook that the original plan to start the holiday mode in coordination with the launch of the international shipping contribution fee will affect the traffic of Jumia Egypt and Morocco on Facebook online marketing activities in the near future. In order to avoid affecting your store traffic, the schedule of the new international shipping contribution fees of Egypt and Morocco will be adjusted as follows.
The ending time of the price changes in Egypt and Morocco will be advanced to 24 hours before the new international shipping contribution fee takes effect. After the adjustment, the specific time schedule for all country sites is as follows.
In order to prevent impact on traffic, the platform will not turn on holiday mode for stores in Egypt and Morocco.
Please upload the new price within the specified time above. In order to prevent system overload and price synchronization delay, please ensure you follow the above re-pricing timelines.
In order to prevent shop losses, Jumia will enable Holiday Mode for your store within the above time period.
If the new prices are updated and shown correctly before the end date/time of the holiday mode, you can manually turn off it in advance.
If the new prices cannot display correctly by the end date/time of the holiday mode. Please extend Holiday Mode and contact us by Raise A Claim.
Please do NOT modify other attributes except for price or repetitively uploading files of prices.
API users can get the categories and prices of all products through the endpoint ’getproducts’.
