Contact the logistics to delivery the parcels to warehouse, make sure send a forecast to warehouse team for booking in advance ,if there is no advance booking,the warehouse has the right to refuse your parcels,and will have penalty on seller ,such as not allowing to make a new booking within one month.
Notices:
Jumia is not the importer/bill of the lading consignee/notifier. if there is a violation. Jumia warehouse will refused to accept the goods and reserves the right to pursue the responsibility.
Book in advance according the amount of the parcels:
lower than 500pcs :at least 48 Hours/between 501 to 1000pcs: at least 72 Hours/over than 1001pcs: at least 96 Hours
