On May 23 (local time), the Average Customer Rate (ACR) will be added to the shop rating system.
[Why] Adding a new indicator will help balance the weight of CR and QRR, give better feedback on your store performance. Even the cancellation rate is high, when the quality return rate and average customer rate are very good, the store score will be 3.3 or higher.
[What is it? ] "Average Customer Review (ACR) Buyer Rating" is the average rating of the store by buyers in the past. The calculation cycle is the same as the Cancellation rate and Return rate. The three indicators will each account for 1/3, and they will display on the first page of Seller Center (see the picture below).
[How to View Customer Rate?]
Click on the link of the online product.
1. As shown below, the link indicates the SKU is online successfully
2. On the new page, pull down and click on Seller Information on the right side
3、Click 'Sort by Product Rating'
