In order to better feedback your store performance, Jumia's new seller score is composed of the following 3 indicators. The Seller Score is updated every Tuesday (calculation cycle: the past month).
Indicator 1: Cancellation Rate (cancelled as out of stock by the system)
Indicator 2: Quality Return Rate (returns that are judged to be the seller's responsibility by the system)
Indicator 3: Average Customer Rate (product rating)

i) Ensure inventory stability and delivery timeliness to reduce the out-of-stock rate;
ii) Pay attention to the quality control of the products on sale, and to describe the true information of products to avoid dissatisfaction of buyers that leads to returns because of the low quality and the discrepancy between the pictures and the products;
iii) Pay prompt attention to product ratings and customer reviews, and optimize product quality and SKU descriptions based on customer reviews to avoid more negative reviews.
