1、店铺下线因素/The reasons for delisting


   为了保障大多数运营良好店铺的利益,除新店铺以外,平台即日起取消订单限制(Daily Order Limit / Pending to Shipped Order Limit),仅对有严重运营问题的店铺进行关店处理。严重运营问题的考虑因素包括:因质量问题造成的退货率、发货时效、买家评分、假冒伪劣产品等。


   To protect the interests of most well-run shops, vendors will no longer have DOL/PSOL, except for new sellers without passing the test. However, Jumia will place delisting on a shop with bad performance, that is, low customer rating, quality return rate, cancellation rate and counterfeit, etc.

2、紧急提醒:部分站点已推行新发货时效/Urgent Reminder: New Vendor Lead Time


    继去年9月埃及首个试运行新发货时效后,自2021年2月1日,摩洛哥、加纳、乌干达、塞内加尔已作为第二批站点推行新发货时效。上述站点自生效日起产生的所有订单须在3个工作日内妥投至正确的仓库(以仓库的签收单为准)。如未能按时完成,订单将因超时被取消,影响店铺评分。


    Effective February 1, 2021, Morocco, Ghana, Uganda, and Senegal have implemented the new Lead Time, following Egypt. All orders created at the above sites must be properly delivered to the correct warehouse within 3 working days (in accordance with the Delivery Receipt of the warehouse). Order cancelations due to late delivery will affect the seller score.

3、肯尼亚VAT税率调整/Increase of VAT Rate of KE


    肯尼亚增值税税率调整至16%。如您购买了增值产品,请及时更改产品价格。


    The VAT rate of Kenya has increased to 16%. You may update the price if you purchase any Value-added service.

4、产品保修服务/Product Warranty Service:


    如您声明提供保修服务,请确保您能够在售卖地提供此服务。如买家在保修期内中遇到保修异常情况,平台将以质量问题为由接受该产品的退货。


    Please assure the validity of the product warranty that you provide in the product description. Jumia will accept the returns of products in the name of quality problems if the warranty process fails during the warranty period.
